Syd Krawczyk is a professional photographer and the owner of Concept Digital Media, Inc.  - A Company that specializes in Photography, Graphic Art, and Web Design. 

The majority of Syd’s work is Photo-Documentary, architectural, or nature.  He also shoots numerous local events, and even the occasional beach wedding. Syd is experienced at restoration and photo manipulation, and has worked with small local businesses here in Sarasota as well as international companies.

Even though a great deal of his work is commissioned and used for advertising or web design, Syd always looks forward to traveling and discovering new places and people to photograph. His philosophy is that travel is the best all around education one could hope for, and he is ready anytime, anyplace, with camera in hand. He is also a SCUBA diver and takes every opportunity to further develop his underwater photography skills.

Having started out as a painter before switching primarily to the camera a few years ago, Syd’s approach to photography is somewhat unconventional – but perhaps that is what makes his work refreshing, innovative, and dissimilar to conventional photography.

As Syd has been quoted as saying “ I plan for a photograph the same way I prepare for a painting – and the only end result I hope to realize - is an emotional response from the onlooker. Sometimes it is reminiscence for the familiar, or astonishment at the beautiful and incredible.  If I can leave a lasting impression I have done my job.”
